Michael "Wolf" Ingmire - Guitar
and Vocals Michael 'Wolf' Ingmire may be new to the Charlotte blues scene but he is a veteran blues musician. Michael started playing guitar at a very young age after attending a Jimi Hendrix concert. "Hendrix made me want to play guitar but, Robert Johnson made me want to play blues." Michael has shared stages with such legends as Bo Diddley, Kenny Neal, Wilson Pickett, and Allen Ginsberg. Michael has opened for John Lee Hooker, Albert King, Johnny Copeland, and Tinsley Ellis. Johnny Copeland influenced Michael to keep writing and playing the blues. The fall of 2000 Michael released his first CD "Tension and Temptation", that contains all original material. This CD has been widely praised by the local media and is played on local stations as well as stations in Washington D.C. and New Orleans. Michael’s guitar and vocal work has garnished praise from such luminaries as Otis Rush and Buddy Guy. He continues to write songs and he is currently working on the next CD.
Randall Cowles - Bass
Randall started on piano and after studying classical music, he discovered the bass. He played Blues and rock around his home of Dallas, Texas in a number of bands such as Victoria Cross and Semi-Hollow before setting aside music for other pursuits. Randall returned to the bass in 1999 and has been working with various people in the Charlotte area both live and in the studio. His influences include James Jamerson, Donald "Duck" Dunn, Tommy Shannon, Stanley Clark and John Entwhistle. "It's all in the groove!".
